The primary ingredient is serum albumin (egg white, which tightens) with hyaluronic acid (has a plumping effect) and dimethicone (soothes irritation). It's not a product that permanently improves the skin over time, it's a cosmetic item that improves the appearance of lax under-eye area only until you wash or wear it off. For that, it's quite good and costs much less than similar as seen on tv products that sell for 5 times as much. Their claim that it improves dark circles is a little far-reaching; although if you used it daily the hyaluronic acid and dimethicone might improve some dark circles, depending on their cause. Not worth it

This product is like crazy glue for your eyes
This product is really not for anyone who really needs it. If you only have a few wrinkles or small bags under your eyes, this product will work alright. Otherwise, you are just trying to smooth out a wrinkled pillowcase; which results in just moving around the creases. Sometimes with fair results other times in disaster.
