RegirockReviewed 10 years agoI've been using Dobie pads for years. They were great and lasted a long time. In the past year or so, the quality has deteriorated drastically. Now the mesh cover rips within a day or two and by the end of a week the pad is useless. I will no longer buy them and am now looking for an alternative. Dobie

Almost all my pots & pans are nonstick and that's the only way I clean them Dobie & Dawn dish detergent. My dobie's in the past would last 3 to 4 months. The ones I have bought lately are not even lasting a month. They rip real easy. Very dissatisfied with the product. I hope you can take a look into it. I grew up with the Dobie pad
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mother bought these scouring pads all the time when I was growing up at home. I of course followed suit and purchased them when I lived on my own and to this day continue to use them. I am 57 years old so that is a long following !!!! The Dobie pad cleans dishes so well yet does not scratch more delicate surfaces. I have also used them to clean my bathroom sinks. What a great and versatile product. what happened?
I have used these dobie cleaning pads for years to the exclusion of all others. They did a wonderful job and lasted forever. I think I have bought my last one however as my fourth one in a row developed a hole in the cover by the next day. Not the next week---the next DAY! Dobie Cleaning Pad
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hands down readers, this is definitely the 'GO TO' scrubber of the ages. Fits in your palm and has a rather rigid outer texture to it. A clean you can feel and you're not left wondering; how long you'll have to scrub just to get that melted cheese off of your pan. Excellent!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I clean summer homes and have used this product for several surfaces. I found it especially helpful in bathrooms on ceramic tile. Dobie-What Happened to You?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Dobies for over 15 years. I Love them for washing dishes, cleaning the bathroom and other cleaning jobs. Lately the quality of the outside mesh covering has gone down hill. In past years I could use my dobie for atleast two months, sometimes more. I often would put the dobie in the dishwasher or washing machine to keep it clean and it wouldn't fall apart. Recently my dobie will start falling apart after only using it 3-4 times. The outside mesh cover falls apart. It starts with a small hole which grows and grows until it is so large that it falls off the inside sponge. Have you change the way you make the outside mesh.
