[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So. The good, it’s 1 pill. However, it has a lower dose of magnesium than I personally prefer. Probably because it’s 1 average size pill. I didn’t notice any particular taste to the pill, so that was a plus. Just not for me.

Great source of Magnesium
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the packaging really catches the eye with the beautiful teal. There is no taste from the tablet as you swallow, but the tablet is extremely big, which I have a difficult time with swallowing, the reason for removing one star. The tablet is fully coated, which aids in a tasteless easy to swallow experience. If you need extra magnesium in your diet this is an effective way to go as there is 250mg of magnesium in each tablet.

These Qunol magnesium supplements provide two forms of magnesium in one pill. However, that one pill is large, but the coating helps you swallow it. No side effects
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these Qunol Ultra Magnesium Glycinate Complex supplements free from Influenster for my honest review. These pills combine both Glycinate and Glycerophosphate forms of magnesium. They are large but the easy to swallow coating does help. The image shows the pill size (center pill) compared to a small vitamin D and a 1000mg Vit C. They are not celiac friendly as they are manufactured in a facility that process wheat among other things. I have taken them for about a week and have not experienced any side effects. I have not experienced any nerve, bone or muscle health benefits but it may take longer to note.
