Have been taking for many years
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both my wife and I have been taking Qunol mega ubiquinol CoQ10 100 mg for years. I’m 76 years old and fortunately in excellent heath with no medical issues. I take many supplements, more as preventative measures rather than expecting to notice any changes in my health, because as a said I already feel well. When choosing a supplement I do a lot of research rather than reading the hyped up claims printed on the bottles. I often refer to ConsumerLab.com as a very reliable source of information when reading about the pros and cons of different supplements. I’m taking mega ubiquinol to provide long term health benefits as I age and to maintain a higher quality of life.
