I've never had a decent perm from a beautician. Their perms are always kinky. I have used Ogilvie Precisely Right Perm for Normal or Hard-to-Wave for years and it is excellent. My hair is stick straight but this perm gives my hair body but it is not kinky.0 users found this review helpful.
