Did it make me quit smoking? No. I just change one form of nicotine to another. I've been chewing this gum for over 10 years and buy two big boxes a month. But maybe it will work for you. The good thing is that you don't get all the chemicals like arsenic, but you still get the nicotine that tightens your arteries and causes heart attacks and lung cancer because nicotine is a poison.
