Dry Skin Relief
I use Neutrogena Norwegian Formula cream on my dry feet. In the coldest part of the winter I use it on my hands, and have occasionally used it on my face. The heavy texture keeps moisture in, and is most effective if applied after washing while the skin is still damp. Great for Dry Skin
I love this hand cream! I first got a sample of it from my dermatologist and used it when my hands were really dry from the weather. So I sought it out online after not finding it in stores. keeps my hands soft

What happened to the old flip cap? I have arthritis and it can be very hard to unscrew that tiny little cap. If I can't find the flip cap, I will no longer use this product. And the smell? A little clean scent was ok, but this perfume stuff? yuck Go back to the original scent. It looks like most of your reviewers have the same complaints.
