I have thin eyelashes and need a voluminous mascara. I read good reviews about this mascara and decided to give it a try. I have used other Neutrogena products with great results. However, this mascara was a big disappointment. It did not add any volume, and it wouldn't even hardly stick to my (clean & dry) eyelashes. I tried letting it dry between coats, but it wouldn't dry either. It was oily and thin. The mascara that did stick to my eyelashes left oily smudges just under my eyebrows where my lashes touch my eye area. I love Neutrogena products, but this mascara was a mess for me!
