Yes, I recommendJenniferReviewed 6 years agoAs someone with autoimmune diseases, I found that cq10 can help produce healthy cells and eliminate bad cells. I started taking this about 2 years ago and noticed a big difference in my overall health. Many on the market that are expensive and i didn't feel any different. Switched back to natures bounty and have the best results. Expensive, but buy online at cvs when it is buy 1 get 1 and stock up. CoQ10 is a cell renewer and antioxidant produced by the body. It's production reduces with age and stress.
I started using CoQ10 upon the recommendation of Weight Watchers - some six years ago. I had no idea why it was recommended and foolishly didn't investigate, but my weight loss program was a huge success and the BONUS - I noticed better skin texture. CoQ10 is now touted for skin care, among heart health benefits, etc., and is now being added to expensive skin care products. I am 56 years young - not a health freak (and I smoke), but I am told (and know it to be true) that my skin is that of a 40 year old. I not only take this product orally, but I also use it topically, in combination with other softgel skin healthy vitamins/minerals/herbs,etc. (i.e. A,C, D, E, Green Tea, Acai, Fish Oil, Cod Liver Oil...) as part of my external skin care regimen. Simply squeeze a mix of capsules into a small container and stir. When applying your face/eye cream, just add a small dab and mix it in. Keep the container sealed. DIY your skin problems away and SAVE.
