I love Milani cosmetics and bought three of these lip lacquers. I tried one on at home (color: Swipe Right) And it was beautiful against my light olive skin. But the burning was too much. I can feel my tongue and throat tingling and it hurts to swallow. The sensation is different than other brands that use menthol for plumping. I always have a reaction to chili peppers and raw jalapeños on my lips. If I'd known this product contained chili, I wouldn't have bought it. I love this Maxx Lip Plumper ......
I do love this lip pumper it has great color is long lasting, and moisturizing. The only downfall is when you get it on it Burns into your mouth down your throat. Not the greatest pleasant or feeling. Just don't plaster a bunch on and it definitely tones down that burn in your throat. Best plumping lip gloss ever
This is the absolute best plumping lip gloss ever! I have the shade First Kiss, and now I want to buy all the colors! I wish I could buy them in the stores though. I look at every store I go to and they're always out of stock. Please stock these! I take this lip gloss with me wherever I go. To the people saying it burns...it doesn't (eye roll). It's a warming sensation on the lips, but not hot. Milani, never stop making this!
I do not understand the "burning" sensation people say they feel. Maybe my chicken lips just don't feel it. There is a tingling sensation, but then it wears down to a cooling sensation. The colors are absolutely beautiful,the product glides on nicely, and isn't sticky feeling. Did I notice my lips looking plumped? No - but that won't stop me from buying it again. Burns but is the best!!
This lip plumper does burn and kinda shocked me at first. It's not painful but you're aware of it. Not that I'm used to it, I kinda like it to be honest.
