Great for beginners!
I'm a beginner at makeup, and I've been wearing makeup for about 3 months now. Milani products are no strangers to me since I heard of them years ago, and I genuinely like the brand's quality. When I started wearing eyeshadow, I never used an eyeshadow base and didn't realize how important it was, so I ended up purchasing this to try it out. I didn't know "oily eyelids" was a problem for some people, including myself. Before using this primer, my eyeshadow wouldn't blend and would just clump up in some spots and look very uneven. I literally thought it was just the eyeshadow palette I owned, and its formula. After I started using this, I saw a clear difference! My eyeshadow started to blend more evenly, and it would also help my eyeshadow last longer. Some creasing noted
