Frankly, I'm baffled at the problems mentioned in other reviews. I've been using this product since it first came out & I love it. I am of Eastern European descent, so dark circles are hereditary. This is the first product that covers them naturally, without creasing in fine lines. And it never feels heavy. I agree that more shade options would be great, since the honey works well for me, but would like something a tad darker for summer - and I imagine dark-skinned women are basically out of luck. For those not getting any product out on first use, you have to turn the tube several times - just keep turning till you see product appearing on the applicator. I'm surprised to hear about all the folks having problems not getting the full amount out, as that's never happened to me - it goes all the way to the bottom of the tube each time. I would definitely return it & try again (I have found that most stores will return or replace problem makeup items without a receipt).0 users found this review helpful.
