Jock Itch is something you get once-in-a-while and the best thing to do is treat it as soon as you see it.And it's not hard to spot -- it has a clear outlined area to it.I used the Lotrimin Cream instead of the spray because it lasts longer and you can put it just where it's needed.And the cream is not greasy either,so no problems there.I used it for the recommended 2 weeks and -- no more jock itch!
