I sometimes get canker sores in the back of my mouth and throat, and it's hard to get the other gel pain relievers in the right place. I also really like it for applying in public or at work. I don't have to excuse myself to the bathroom to put my hands in my mouth (which requires a good hand washing too in order to be sanitary), and I can just discretely slide this in my mouth and apply it at my desk. The only con is that it doesn't last as long as the other gel tube varieties.0 users found this review helpful.
