Are First Aid Kits FSA Eligible?
Yes, first aid kits are now FSA eligible, but it wasn't always that way. Before the CARES (Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security) Act passed, most purchases required a prescription (or letter of medical necessity) to qualify. But not anymore. Today, you can use FSA, HSA (health savings account), or HRA (health reimbursement arrangement) funds for the kits you need without a prescription.
