I have used Cascade ever since I have used a dishwasher. Recently I purchased a box of Cascade Complete and I will not use any more of it. I use Tervis Tumblers everyday and have always washed them in the dishwasher with no problem. After the first wash with Complete, the Tervis had white film on them. Some could be rubbed off but in spots they seem to be etched. This for me is a huge problem as I do not intend to stop using my Tervis tumblers and I do not intend to have them ruined. Goodbye Cascade! I really have used Cascade almost exclusively for 30 years. Only others I've used have been samples. Cascade Complete powder
I was recently using Cascade Complete powder but kept getting white stains on my glassware particularly; and other dishes as well. I would try to wash this white powder off and it wouldn't come off. Usually I use the Cascade Complete liquid so I decided to go back to that and I put new and old glasses in the dishwasher. The old ones with stains on them remained the same but everything else was nice and clean. I don't know whether I had a bad batch of Cascade complete powder form, but that is what caused the stains on my glasses and some utensils. My glasses were so bad that i threw them out. I AM NOT HAPPY THAT I HAVE TO REWASH MY DISHES BY HAND AFTER WASHING THEM IN THE DISHWASHER. THEY HAVE A FILM ON THEM THAT I HAVE TO USE A S.O.S. PAD TO GET RID OF THE FILM ON MY PLASTIC GLASSES. Solid Rock
Bought at a local Sams club and when I discovered it was a solid chunk inside and not usable attempted to return to sams club where i purchased. Leaves a film that others don't
Was not impressed with this product at all. left a film on my clear plastic cups that was difficult to remove by hand. When I used Sam's Club's name brand "Member's Mark" dishwashing detergent it didn't leave the film.
