Great Breakfast Shake
I recently purchased Kellogg's To Go Breakfast Shakes and I am so pleased with this product, it is quick and easy, just grab and go, so far I have tried the choclate and vanilla, vanilla favorite so far, would love to try strawberry next time I purchase. keeps me full until lunch.
I bought this shakes because I saw they have 20% fiber. And I need fiber in my daily diet.Im not on a special diet or trying to lose weight ...just a fyi.but Before I bought these shakes I was drinkng coffee in the morning and eating a bowl of cereal. I would feel full but just a hours or so later I was Hungery again impatiently waiting for lunch. With these shakes and some fruit or a english muffin I stay full for hours and by the time I feel Hungery again it's just in time for lunch. oh just another dying these are really good if ice cold. Great taste! Satisfied my appetite!
I have been drinking these and the protein drinks for about 2 weeks and I have lost 6lbs. Strawberry is the best with chocolate 2nd. The chocolate feels me up longer than the strawberry.
