Don't be put off by the 23.3 lb. listed weight, which would be awfully heavy for a rollator. Perhaps this is the shipping weight, but 14 lb. (6.4 kg.) is printed very clearly on the box. I should point out that there is absolutely no mention of a warranty anywhere in the scanty literature that accompanies the unit, except that on the bottom of the box appears the "CVS Quality Money Back Guarantee." Undoubtedly CVS would honor this at or near the time of purchase, but what happens in the unlikely event of a breakdown at a later time? Finally, be advised that the assembly instructions are barely adequate and you will want constantly to refer to the illustration on the box during that process. All in all, I would buy this again in a heartbeat. It is well made, intelligently designed and more than competitively priced.0 users found this review helpful.

Have not been able to assemble it nor have those whose help I've sought. The instructions are incomplete and are not consistent with the machine, specifically the insertion of handles/adjustment for height. Since it cannot be used I have to rate it as low. Light weight easy manueverability
Great for my mother. She learned how to change from a 2 wheel aluminum walker to your "cadillac" within 48 hours. The brakes are a nice feature but hard for a weak geriatric patient to lock without using 2 hands.0 users found this review helpful.
