Bought these to help ease knee strain while running hills in my neighborhood. They don't have the "knee cap hole" that other knee braces do, so they tend to shift a bit during my runs (+/- 30 minutes max), but not enough to be a deal breaker. Definitely wouldn't recommend them if you're heavy or have had an injury or surgery, though - I don't think they provide enough support for something like that.0 users found this review helpful.
