Great product, Dye-free and better price than Hibiclens

This CVS product has the same active ingredient as Hibiclens and works great. Hibiclens has a strong red dye that leaves stains and also has a strong odor to it while the CVS brand is a clear dye-free product that doesn't stain, smells great, does what it says and was less expensive compared to the brand name. I recommend the CVS brand product over Hibiclens any day.

    Unsure

I was ready to switch from Hibiclens to CVS product until I checked the Ingredients list in the detailed, online descriptions of both products. The CVS product has numerous additional ingredients which concerns me. These products are not identical if one contains 100% the required ingredient and the the other contains several unpronounceable ingredients. I'll pay more for less in this instance.

    Good as Brand Name

As good as name brand antiseptics priced right for any budget. Always keep a bottle on the boat for minor cuts and spine pricks to avoid any chance of infection setting in.
