I like Natural Instincts for a number of reasons. 1) It's easy to use, 2) It gives hair a shine and soft texture, 3)The color is true, 4) It looks natural, 5) It covers the gray. The only drawback is that after a few shampoos the gray begins to show even though the color stays longer. But I still use it rather than a permanent hair color. I will definitely buy Natural Instincts again.0 users found this review helpful.
