I have been using Natural Instincts for over 10 years and loved the colors. I've used colors ranging from Medium Golden Brown to Cinneberry, to Egyptian Plum.With the new formula, I've had to stop using anything with red tones in them because they make my hair very brassy-looking. The creme consistency adds a nice softness but the refresher is worthless. It comes out red and doesn't really add to the color for more than a day. I've had to stick with plain brown.
