How To Take MiraLAX
MiraLAX is designed to be taken just once per day. You can take MiraLAX once per day for up to 7 days, or until you experience relief. If you still need a laxative after 7 days, stop using MiraLAX and call your doctor.
MiraLAX comes in an easy-to-use powder form. Adults and children 17 years of age or older can use the MiraLAX cap to measure 17 grams of powder by filling the white section of the cap with powder up to the indicated line. Then simply mix the powder into 4 – 8 ounces of your beverage of choice. If you don’t want to worry about measuring or need an easily portable solution, single-dose packets of MiraLAX are also available. It is important to know that people under the page of 16 should not use MiraLAX without first talking to a doctor. You should always follow the dosage instructions on MiraLAX packaging exactly. What Can You Mix MiraLAX With?
