Not my favorite

Love these gummies
I originally got these for lactation but they were a miracle when I had covid. I swear, the immune boosting elderberry and zinc were a life saver! They also boosted my supply. They taste amazing too! I love the taste of these gummies!
I do think these gummies are helping me get over a cold more quickly and not allowing me to get too sick. The one thing I I don't love is that they are 20 calories each and it's recommended you take 3. That's an extra 60 calories, I'm not a calorie counter but that seems like a lot extra for a supplement. I don't think there's a better vitamin for moms out there!
