This product does not compare to the brand name that it is comparing itself to.
I never write reviews but I'm super disappointed with this product. I'm frugal so I try store brand products all the time, they usually are as good or at least alright but this one is really bad. I have really sensitive skin on my face and have only been using dove for sensitive skin since I discovered it several years ago. It's the only soap that doesn't dry my skin and leave it itching and burning. My regular soap was out of stock so I tried this one it left my face really dry and with that tight itchy burning sensation that used to happen to me with other soaps. This product should not say for sensitive skin, and definitely should not compare itself to the brand I normally use. a welcome substitue for name brand

Beauty Bar or soap bar?
After going to several stores in my hometown, I had to make a quick purchase. This was the only bar "soap" I could find that was fragrance free. I do not recommend this bar- -ladies-- if you are sensitive to soaps down below!!! The bar is great on skin-- leaving it nice and smooth. It does have lemon-y smell to it and feels slimy, so i used a container and store it in fridge... with that said... No longer fragrance-free, but still claims to be.
What I liked about the old formula was that it was actually fragrance-free. This new formula is no longer fragrance-free, but CVS is still calling it such. It has a definitive lemon scent to it now. This soap also has a very slimy feel to it, and doesn't rinse clean as well as the old formula. I returned the unopened box for a refund. I won't be repurchasing.0 users found this review helpful.
