Write the number of days that you need to take your medication on the label and the date or day that you are starting and peel the label from the backing. Place the tooktake label on the container. Take care not to cover safety information that you may need. When you take your first dose, remove the corresponding tab. Remove the tab on the other side if you take an evening dose. Know at a glance if you took or still need to take it. Helpful Tip: If your container is too short for your Tooktake label to fit vertically, try turning it horizontal and wrapping it around the container.
