The Thermoskin Sport Knee Stabilizer provides compression, medial and lateral support and warmth for the knee during periods of increased activity. An exclusive stabilizer system allows users to pinpoint the location and level of support according to their specific needs. The stabilizer system has three pockets on each side of the knee. The four flexible metal stabilizers may be placed in any of these pockets, allowing the user to pinpoint the areas where additional support is required. Adjustable support and compression

See directions below. Check that the access points to the side stabilizers are at the top of the support position in the middle of the Sport Knee Stabilizer behind your knee and then wrap the bottom straps towards each other and secure them underneath your patella
Wrap the top straps towards each other and secure them above your patella; Adjust to the desired level of compression
Gently bend your knee to assess the side stabilizer positioning; if required, you can slide the side stabilizers out from the top of the support and then re-position in one of the three pouch options
