Soak the nasal cannula with fabric sleeves at least once a week in a solution of 5-parts water and 1-part either apple cider vinegar or 3% hydrogen peroxide. Rinse with warm water and air dry. The Soft & Comfy O2 nasal cannula should be replaced every 30 days as the nasal prongs can become hard and brittle and the antibacterial protection can diminsh.
