Boil water - stand for 30 seconds. Immerse mouth guard for 75 seconds then remove and cool under cold water for 1-2 seconds
Line mouth guard with the centerline of teeth & press.
Bit down - suck in & press for 20 seconds.
Remove and cool in water for 30 seconds.
