See directions below. Daily/After each use: Disassemble the mask components according to the disassembly instructions
Thoroughly clean the separated mask components (excluding headgear), by gently rubbing in warm (approximately 86°F/30°C) water using mild soap
To optimize the mask seal, facial oils should be removed from the cushion after use
Use a soft bristle brush to clean the vent
Inspect each component and if required, repeat washing until visually clean
Rinse all components well with drinking quality water and allow to air dry out of direct sunlight
When all components are dry, reassemble according to the reassembly instructions

ResMed Swift™ FX headgear Intended use The Swift FX channels airflow noninvasively to a patient from a positive airway pressure (PAP) device such as a continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) or bilevel system. Using your mask When using your mask with ResMed CPAP or bilevel devices that have mask setting options, refer to the Technical specifications section in this user guide for mask selection options. Do not use the headgear if it is damaged. If the headgear is damaged, it may not provide a secure fit and could allow your CPAP mask to come off during the night
Do not use the headgear if it is not the correct size for you. The headgear should be snug but not too tight. If it is too tight, it could cause discomfort or even injury
Do not use the headgear if you have any skin sensitivities. The headgear is made of soft and comfortable materials, but it is still possible that it could irritate your skin. If you experience any irritation, discontinue use and consult with your doctor
Do not use the headgear if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. There is no data on the safety of using the headgear in pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult with your doctor before using the headgear
Do not use the headgear if you have any underlying medical conditions. If you have any underlying medical conditions, such as heart disease or respiratory problems, consult with your doctor before using the headgear
