Wash Care Instructions: Wash in cold water, by itself.  Lay flat to dry. Do not bleach. How to wear: Please consult your doctor prior to use
Place your arm through the compression sleeve pulling it up as comfortably as it will allow with the bottom of the sleeve at your wrist; the sleeve will stretch to fit
Sleeve must be placed directly on your skin for built-in medicine to be absorbed; you can then wear clothing over the sleeve
Do not use with a heating pad, other external analgesic products or on wounds or damaged skin
