Staving off the Dad Bod one day at a time
I’ve been using GF9 for the better part of two years, ever since I became a dad. At 39, I was worried about the combination of having less time to work out and age-related decrease in muscle mass - to say nothing of the energy I would need to work full-time and keep up with a newborn’s schedule. GF9 effectively made each minute of exercise I can muster worth five minutes of exercise without it. If I had known about it as a younger man I can only imagine how much more effective my time in the gym could’ve been.
