Cvs corporate offices have scared their stores into giving horrible customer service because the store is more concerned with pleasing corporate than pleasing the customer. I placed this order online for in-store pickup. My local store and many others showed they were out of stock, but this store about 30 minutes away supposedly had it in stock, so I ordered. I was notified that my order had been filled and was ready for pickup - no communication at that point about it not being in stock. So I drove 30 minutes away, waited in line, picked it up, only to walk out to my car, open the bag, and find that they’ve just decided to replace it with something else with no communication about it whatsoever. When I went back inside after realizing and stood in line again to let the clerk know, he said, “oh yeah, we were probably out of stock but we get dinged by corporate if we say that and cancel the order, so we just put in a replacement. WHAT??? That is so unacceptable. My time was completely wasted when I could have just gone to a different location that had it in stock had they just canceled the order and notified me. They really just thought shhhhh, don’t say anything and maybe she won’t notice. Unfriendly website
We love your product, but your website is very user unfriendly in terms of checking out. extreme fishy smell when bottle was opened
I bought this product (by mistake...looking for other omega 3 products) when is came I noticed an intense fishy smell..
