Naphcon A was prescribed for my allergic eyes many years ago but went out of style as newer and newer things were created by the drug industry. Recently, however, as my prescription kept getting higher and higher, I decided to try it out again because it is now an over the counter drug. I discovered it works just as well as the $70 prescription and only costs $11 at CVS. Big savings. There is absolutely no reason to pay the difference just to go with the latest thing on the market. Naphcon A handles the allergic AND dry eye problem quite well for me.0 users found this review helpful.
