2nd time buying it. Really like this eyeliner.
This is my 2nd time ordering it. Its one of the better budget friendly eyeliners on the market. Stays put and glides on easy. Just right coverage, lines are not too thick or too thin, and the blending tip is a nice and soft, easy to use.
