Voila!! This lip gloss does it!!
I've just discovered Milani Nourishing Lip Plumper in Champagne and I'm crazy about it!! This was a drugstore purchase and by the third day of using it, I knew one tube wasn't going to last!! I lightly line my lips then apply the Milani Lip Glosd. Voila!!
