[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Milani Keep It Full Maxxx Lip Plumper in the shade 210 which is a deep burgundy color. I like that this lip gloss is super pigmented it looks like you are wearing a full on lipstick with a gloss on top. It can also be sheered out by applying less gloss. The formula has three different types of plumping ingredients including chili. I found that I tasted a little bit of the product and swallowed it and it kind of burned my throat so I didn't like that. On the lips it does tingle a significant amount I wish it tingled a bit less. I have naturally thin lips and I don't really see any major plumping effect apart from the illusion of the gloss itself. Amazing color and cooling tingle

The color is gorgeous, first I was scared but it turned out stunning vamp type of color. The tingling sensation felt minty and even had a slight minty taste. I know its purpose is to make lips bigger but I didn't see the big difference between before and after applying it. Also, I did not like that the itchy sensation lasted long. However, it looks great on and the texture is not sticky. Quite the Plump!

How ever does transfer but I don't even care!!! It burns slightly
I bought Little Secret. Beautiful shade, but man this is not the most comfortable gloss. Instead of tingling, it's burning. FULL MAXXX LIP PLUMPER
