PREPARATION AND APPLICATION - Massage pouch for even gel distribution, freeze or refrigerate for 24 hours. Wash hands, flex pouch to release, tear, and apply frozen padsicle on top of your postpartum pad. Test temperature, change frequently, and discard after use for effective postpartum relief.

Preparation: Ensure gel is evenly distributed as the contents may have settled during shipping. Gently massage the full length of the pouch several times to re-distribute as needed. Depending on preference, pads may be frozen or refrigerated for cooling effect. Place the unopened pouch in the freezer or refrigerator and lay flat. Freeze or refrigerate for at least 24 hours. Application: Wash hands thoroughly. Gently flex the pouch to release the pad before opening. Tear the pouch and carefully remove frozen pad. Place the pad on top of your maternity pad in direct contact with the skin. Test temperature prior to use. Change the pad frequently or as needed.
Discard after use.

Precautions: Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on infants or children under 12. For external use only. Do not use on breasts, nipples, in or near mouth. Do not apply to open wounds. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult your healthcare provider. Single use product. Store flat in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight prior to use. Do not heat.
