Cookies arrived all broken in crumbles

I love these cookies -- great chocolate chip cookies -- because there are no CVS drug stores in the area where I recently moved to, I ordered them on-line -- Big Disappointment! They were packed very poorly, so all the boxes arrived with all the cookies broken up in little pieces. Won't order them again.

I think the Flavor is Extremelly Rich, and Healthy, and delight!

Compared to famous Brands as Dove, Chips Ahoy, Etc.. This Cookies have a great taste, rich of flavor, and the best Judges for this are all my visitors, my kids and my family.... I just get of my cookies from box, and I didn't tell anything about.... At once they ask which kind of cookies was this...When They saw it they doesn't believe was this brand. I definitely recommend this product to all who want to have a delight experience with Chocolate chips.

Not as good as the old recipe, but still better than the rest

The new recipe cookies are more consistent, but I still like the old recipe better, when it worked. It was frustrating sometimes with the old recipe that I'd get boxes that were all crumbled. I've seen local bakeries use unsweetened coconut flake as a natural preservative before, but at room temp it can be noticable. I now regularly put the new recipe cookies in the freezer so the ingredients all form to a uniform temperature. The cookie doesn't really freeze, and the overall mouth feel of the cookie is more enjoyable. When these cookies are chilled, it's a much better cookie experience. The freezer is also ideal for hiding the cookies when necessary (which is often) I think I like the Divine Cookie variations with macadamia nuts or pecans better now than the plain chocolate chip, which was my favorite before. Still a good cookie, just put 'em in the freezer!

    absolutely ordinary

very disappointing after loving these cookies and looking forward to eating them, i was extremely disappointed to see that even though the label says "new and improved", in fact the total opposite. when i called to complain i was told that in fact a new manufacurer is currently making the cookies. how sad! i now have to look for a new cookie company.

    New recipe is awful

These used to be my family's and my favorite cookies - easily 5 stars. They dissappeared from the store shelves for about 6 months and then recently returned as "new and improved." We were so excited when they came back that we bought 4 boxes -- and returned all 4. The new cookies are terrible -- way below average. None of my other family members buy them any longer either. PLEASE BRING BACK THE ORGINAL COOKIES!!!!
