See the full list of product ingredients on the product label. Active ingredient (in each tablet): Naproxen sodium 220 mg (naproxen 200 mg) (NSAID)* *nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug. Inactive Ingredients: FD&C blue no. 2 aluminum lake, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, povidone, talc, titanium dioxide.

Uses: temporarily relieves minor aches and pains due to: minor pain of arthritis; muscular aches; backache; menstrual cramps; headache; toothache; the common cold; temporarily reduces fever. Directions: do not take more than directed; the smallest effective dose should be used; drink a full glass of water with each dose. Adults and children 12 years and older: take 1 tablet every 8 to 12 hours while symptoms last; for the first dose you may take 2 tablets within the first hour; do not exceed 2 tablets in any 8- to 12-hour period; do not exceed 3 tablets in a 24-hour period. Children under 12 years: ask a doctor. Please follow as instructed on the product label.

Warnings: Naproxen sodium may cause severe allergic reactions, especially in aspirin-allergic individuals. Symptoms may include:hives;facial swelling;asthma(wheezing);shock;skin reddening;rash;blisters. If an allergic reaction occurs, stop use and seek immediate medical help. This product contains an NSAID, which may lead to severe stomach bleeding. The risk is higher if you: are 60 years or older; have had stomach ulcers or bleeding issues; take blood thinners or steroids; use other NSAIDs (aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen); consume three or more alcoholic drinks daily while using this product; exceed recommended dosage or duration. Heart attack and stroke risk: NSAIDs (except aspirin) increase the chances of heart attack, heart failure, and stroke, which can be fatal. Risk is elevated with excessive use. Consult a doctor prior to use if: you are at risk for stomach bleeding; have a history of stomach problems, high blood pressure, heart disease, liver cirrhosis, kidney disease, asthma, or stroke; are taking a diuretic; have experienced problems with pain relievers or fever reducers. Seek medical advice if you are under serious medical care or taking aspirin for heart attack or stroke, as naproxen may reduce its effectiveness, or if you are using any other medication. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience signs of stomach bleeding (fainting, vomiting blood, bloody/black stools, persistent stomach pain) or symptoms of heart problems or stroke (chest pain, difficulty breathing, weakness on one side of the body, slurred speech, leg swelling), if pain or fever persist beyond 10 or 3 days respectively, if you have trouble swallowing or feel the pill is stuck in your throat, if redness/swelling occurs in the painful area, or if new symptoms arise. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use
It is especially important not to use naproxen sodium during the last 3 months of pregnancy unless definitely directed to do so by a doctor because it may cause problems in the unborn child or complications during delivery
Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away (1-800-222-1222)
When using this product: take with food or milk if stomach upset occurs
Do not use: if you have ever had an allergic reaction to any other pain reliever/fever reducer
