You can use this type of therapy on your feet and other parts of the body each day to keep your skin and muscles soft and flexible. It is easy to use: just mix the desired amount of the Epsom salt formula into the warm water and stir it until dissolved. Then relax the desired part of the body into the warm water for fast relief.     Magnesium Sulfate, Fragrance, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Mentha Viridis (Spearmint) Leaf Oil, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Oil. Please see the full list of product ingredients on the product label.
    Dissolve 2 cups of Epsom Salt per gallon of warm water. Apply with bandages or toweling for 30 minutes up to three times a day, or use as a soak or in bath. Use warm water for best results.
    If prompt relief is not obtained or there is evidence of infection, discontinue use and consult your physician. Hot or warm soaks should not be used by individuals with diabetes except on the advice of a physician. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children.
