Intended Use: Therapeutic pack for use with common aches, pains, swelling and bruising. Directions for Hot Therapy Use:1. Ensure gel compress is at room temperature before heating.2. Lay gel compress flat in microwave. Based on a 1200W microwave, heat at full power for 1 minute on one side. Flip gel compress and heat on the other side for another minute.3. Carefully remove the gel compress from microwave and check for desired temperature to suit your comfort level. Temperature will continue to rise slightly. If additional heat is desired, return to microwave and heat for an additional 20 seconds. Watch gel compress while heating, as excessive heating may cause gel compress to rupture, leak or cause burn.4. Place compress into protective wrap and knead it well to evenly distribute heat.5. If temperature is acceptable, apply the mesh side on the affected area. If compress feels too hot, remove and re-apply when temperature feels acceptable.6. If re-heating is required, follow steps 1 to 5 again.7. Store at room temperature for future hot therapy use. Directions for Cold Therapy Use:1. Place compress in freezer for at least 2 hours.2. Remove compress from freezer and place into protective wrap. Test temperature for your personal comfort level. If acceptable, apply the mesh side to the affected area. Note: As freezer temperatures vary, monitor the skin periodically during application to avoid frostbite. Cold affects individuals differently; always let comfort be your guide.3. Store gel pack in freezer for future cold therapy use.

For external use only. The unattended use of a gel compress by children, the elderly or incapacitated persons is dangerous.
This product is non-toxic. If accidentally swallowed, drink several glasses of water and call your local Poison Control Center immediately.
Should contents become exposed to skin or eyes, flood with water immediately and consult a physician.
Discard if punctured or leaking.

Some parts of the compress may get too hot after heating in the microwave. Use caution when removing from microwave and use oven mitts for protection
Do not use while sleeping.
