With Assura 1-piece closed, the adhesive barrier is permanently attached to the pouch. The shape of the pouch is anatomically designed, making it discreet and comfortable to wear. To change the pouch, the whole appliance is removed and replaced at once. Spiral adhesive, for security and skin-friendliness.  It's strong and water-repellent, allowing for easy drying after a shower or a dip in the pool. The airflow through the filter makes ballooning less frequent and eliminates unpleasant odor.
