This product has a poor design
I have used this toothbrush and the design is shockingly bad. The head of the toothbrush is small (almost like you are using a childs' toothbrush). However, the head is not shaped nicely (on a plastic toothbrush it is narrow at the top so that you can get to the back of your teeth more easily). The bamboo toothbrush (although small) has no shape and therefore it makes it more difficult to get to the back of your mouth. I really hurt my gums trying to brush the teeth at the back of my mouth (this resulted in bleeding gums). I have tried to be as gentle as I possibly can but it's just a really poor design. Charcoal mamboo

Please keep improving this product
It's great to see big brands jumping on the sustainability bandwagon. I support this initiative, but this toothbrush needs to be improved. After the first use I noticed small splinters around the curved parts of the head which caused irritation to my lips. The bristles also feel sharp which causes a little irritation to my gums. I'm leaving this comment as feedback for Colgate. Best toothbrush ever!!!
Electric brushes are "supposed" to be the best. WRONG. My teeth have never been so clean. Although my teeth are close together, air whistles through because any tartar is gone. This is the BEST toothbrush ever. I can see the difference, feel the difference, and yes, I can hear the difference. If you don't know what I'm talking about, buy one brush. Great toothbrush!
I saw this toothbrush from the corner of my eye in the store and immediately grabbed it and have loved it ever since. I didn't even need a new toothbrush at that point! This is probably the best toothbrush I've ever owned. It makes my teeth and mouth feel so clean, and makes me feel better knowing it's not plastic. I'll admit that I've never been one to floss regularly, but I can feel this toothbrush getting between my teeth and all the hard to reach places, and doing the job for me.
