    Thoroughly wet your nose or other face area where the strip is to be applied. The strip won't stick if the skin is dry
    Dry your hands, then open the packet and peel the strip off the plastic liner. Apply strip to skin with the shiny side towards the skin. Smooth down to ensure good contact with skin
    Let dry for 10 to 15 minutes until stiff
    Slowly and carefully peel off the strip, starting at the edges and pulling toward the center. If the strip adheres too strongly, thoroughly moisten the strip and slowly peel it off. Do not force strip

    For face strip, avoid using around the eye area
    Avoid using on pimples, inflamed blemishes, sunburned or excessively dry skin
    Avoid using on skin currently being treated with acne medication
    Avoid using on skin that is sensitive to bandages, tape or peel-off masks
    Remove the strip promptly after it becomes stiff. If the strip adheres to the skin, moisten the strip thoroughly and gently peel off. Forceful removal of the strip may cause skin abrasions. If this occurs, consult a physician and discontinue use
    Do not use more than once every three days on the nose or the same area of the face
